Program Manager

Provides program-wide management in planning and implementing Physical Security and Access Control programs and systems, access controls, surveillance systems, software and hardware and preventive maintenance. Supports Call Center technologies such as 1 Call, Parlance, MyTeamWeb, and others by driving implementation and education.

Required qualifications:

• Associate's Degree or equivalent

• Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role.
  
  Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.

• 2 years experience related to role's level of responsibility, including program management. And/or 2+ years' experience with Management and deployment of physical security technologies and/or call center systems. Includes physical access control, video surveillance, key management, entry systems, 1 Call, and Parlance.

Preferred qualifications:

• Certification in Physical Security such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Protection (PSP)
