Job Description

Pro2Serve has a need for a dedicated full-time program manager that can coordinate with the City of Oak Ridge, Industrial Development Board, and the new property owners at ETTP to support the OREM Reindustrialization Program long-term stewardship. The primary focus will be on roads, storm sewer, and Rarity Ridge Wastewater Treatment Plant. This position also will work with the excavation permit program to help assist new owner/operators at ETTP.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in environmental science or related degree

15+ Years experience coordinating and cooperating with numerous internal and external stakeholders

10+ Years experience interacting with EPA and TDEC regarding brownfield redevelopment

10+ Years experience within city government

Direct Hire

Federal Government Clearance:

This position may require the ability to obtain a government clearance. This position may require reviews and test for absence of any illegal drugs along with a background investigation by the Federal government in order to obtain an access authorization prior to employment, and subsequent reinvestigations may be required.
