Job Title: Program Manager, People Insights & Analytics
Slalom Consulting is seeking a Program Manager, People Insights & Analytics to join the Global People team (GPT) to drive work through the lens of people analytics by supporting business leaders to integrate data into people decisions and optimize their workforce. The Program Manager of People Insights & Analytics will partner with key business and People Partners to enact and influence people data & analytics strategy. As a trusted advisor and dedicated analytics partner, he or she will lead the design, development, testing and deployment of enterprise-wide people analytics programs, in the areas to support how we attract, recruit, develop, retain and understand employee experiences.

Program management of company-wide employee survey program & approach, including strategy, design, administration, communication and reporting and consulting with business.
Design, create and deliver Slalom Employee Survey (SES).
Develop and lead the long-term vision and portfolio of Employee Lifecycle Survey approach, assess frequency, questions asked and recommend improvements and enhancements.
Lead and coordinate consistent survey practices with Market Advisory Council (AC) Reps across markets.
Lead cross-market communication and provide trainings as needed to People Partners, business stakeholders and Market Advisory Council reps regarding production status, reporting or action plans.
Create data analysis and interpretation guidelines/resources/templates for markets to drive towards actionable insights.
Leverage tools, such as survey tools, dashboard, excel, and appropriate analytic tools to support market needs.
Manage 3rd party vendor relationships to ensure optimization of the tool and constant review of industry best practices around employee experience.
Partner with internal data & technology teams and vendor to ensure access to data is seamless.
2-3 years of experience in designing and executing organizational surveys, leading organizational initiatives, or other similar program design and program management function.
Basic knowledge of statistical analysis (e.g., descriptive statistics and basic familiarity with statistical significance), qualitative research, and experience gathering and interpreting data.
Expertise in agile program or project management methods working with cross-functional teams.
Experience with experimental and quasi-experimental design and analysis, including survey design and analysis.
Ability to conceptualize theoretically plausible interventions, collecting and analyzing relevant data, and consulting with the business.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work directly with senior leaders and People partners.
Ability to work successfully with key stakeholders to address issues and determine priorities.
Ability to partner with internal and external resources to ensure timely and efficient delivery of employee surveys.
High work capacity, results orientation, and strong sense of urgency required to work in a fast-paced, customer-centered environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, Power Point.
Preferred, but not required:
Master's degree in a subject related to behavioral science, HR or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience with data analysis languages such as R and/or Python.
Experience with NLP and/or machine learning methods.
Experience in SQL, data visualization tools, and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivots, macros, etc.).
Experience in HR analytics using HR systems and tools such as Workday.
