Summary:

The Program Manager Patient Experience position is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, customer focused individual who is constantly seeking a better way to interact with our patients and their families. This position will help teach each of our Associates to be an ambassador for the company. Expectations will include promoting a culture of exceptional customer service and coordinate or facilitate training on customer service performance standards, processes and initiatives to create a culture of service excellence for all customer groups - patients, physicians, and fellow Associates.

Requirements:

A. Education/Skills

Bachelors degree with experience in a healthcare setting required.

B. Experience/Knowledge/Skills

• Three (3) years of education, customer service or process improvement experience

• Experience in leading and managing multi-functional teams to improve processes.

• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

• Experience in using both qualitative and quantitative consumer information to drive customer satisfaction.

C. Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications

Certified Professional in Patient Experience (CPXP), preferred.
