Our Partners play a big role in providing the content that helps people discover and save the things they love. We're looking for a motivated self-starter to join our Partner Operations team and help our global partners (big and small) get discovered by millions of people looking for things to plan, buy, and do. You'll work directly with our partners to answer questions, solve problems, and take the insights you gain to our product and engineering teams to help make Pinterest even better.

What you'll do :

  • Support business customers with solutions to unblock issues with Pinterest's business products suite

  • Represent the voice of businesses and develop insights to improve user experience

  • Identify pain points and use data to size, prioritize, and shape business cases for product enhancement

  • Partner with product and engineering teams to facilitate thoughtful execution of product launches

  • Develop internal tools, processes, and workflows to automate or improve products and services

  • Model staffing, workflows, performance and efficiency metrics for onsite and vendor teams worldwide

  • Wok closely with external vendors and 3rd party software providers to onboard and manage working relationships and performance metrics

What we're looking for:

  • Experience with triaging and troubleshooting technical products/platforms (ex. ad networks, Google Analytics, conversion tracking, APIs) for business customers with a client service mindset

  • Working knowledge of web development and common web publishing and e-commerce software; HTML, CSS, SQL

  • Data analysis skills to frame and break apart larger business problems and effectively build business cases to advocate technical solutions

  • Develop tools and best practices as functional proof of concept to improve or automate workflow or services

  • Comfortable engaging with sales teams and directly with clients and 3rd party SAS companies

  • Passion for Pinterest's mission, supporting businesses, improving the product experience, and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment

  • BS/BA degree required

Responsibilities: * Inform, build and scale Slack SI partner programs * Recruit, onboard and manage SI's * Be the primary point of contact for partners throughout the partner lifecycle * Work closely with success services, sales, product, developer relations, and other colleagues to grow an ecosystem of SI's that drive Enterprise Customer Success * Understand and communicate market opportunities, needs and partner feedback to cross-functional team to inform program and success services roadmap and prioritization * Develop mutually-beneficial and trusting relationships with partners - make Slack a favored company with which to partner * Define partnerships strategies and execute on go-to-market plans Requirements: * 6+ years of relevant SI alliances and/or professional services experience * 10+ years overall work experience * Previous direct sales experience at Enterprise SaaS company preferred * Passionate about Slack and the problem we are solving * Great track record of sourcing, developing, and maintaining partner relationships * Strong product sensibility, and comfort with considering basic technical feasibility of partner integrations * Experience in enabling sales organizations to leverage SI partners * Experience working with partner programs in their infancy * Executive presence in working with senior leadership within Slack and within partner organizations * In-depth experience operating within and leading cross-functional teams (product management, customer success, legal, finance, marketing, etc..)
