Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a Program Manager for a position in Grand Prairie, TX to support PAC-3 Sustainment Operations. This position is responsible for the Missile Obsolescence & Configuration Programs within Sustainment Operations, providing oversight for sustainment-related Obsolescence Analysis and Mitigation, Test Engineering, Test Set Development, and Configuration analysis & recommendation activities.
Sustainment Operations is the PAC-3 Program Area responsible for the aftermarket activities associated with sustaining the PAC-3 Missile Segment for the duration of its fielded life. The candidate is expected to be a motivated self-starter who takes full ownership of tasks, exhibits business acumen, is effective at multi-tasking, leads by example and operates with minimal supervision. The selected candidate will manage the existing Obsolescence Mitigation contract and portions of the PAC-3 Missile Support Center (P3MSC) Basic contract, and manage the team's preparation for growth in PAC-3 Missile Obsolescence & Configuration in the coming years.
Ensuring Recertification program meets cost, schedule and technical performance goals while meeting customer expectations and contractual requirements.
Maintaining a thorough understanding of the financial health of the assigned contracts through utilization of appropriate techniques applying EVMS methodology.
Satisfying related annual financial commitments to the overarching Sustainment Operations program area (Orders/Sales/EBIT/Cash).
Being a leader and advocate for Risk and Opportunity Management process for all associated tasks.
Establishing strategic objectives for programs, including continuous improvement initiatives.
Supporting proposal activities, including proposal development, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract.
Maintaining effective communication with customers, management, subcontractors, and the LM Team.
Managing the program staff by providing clear direction, effectively delegating, and maintaining accountability for team's performance.
Working in a collaborative and effective manner with all other Sustainment Operations Programs, other PAC-3 Program Areas, and all Functional Organizations.
Developing content of briefing material on programmatic and technical topics presented at semi-annual program reviews, multi-national working groups, and other reviews.
Issuing targets and setting requirements (schedule & deliverables) at the onset of each Contract.
Identification and management of staffing needs of the program.
Developing or expanding business opportunities for program areas.
Lead a diverse multi-functional team.
Act in a professional manner that facilitates getting results, while building and maintaining an effective team.
Managing performance of subcontractors by actively engaging with Global Supply Chain and Quality Assurance to ensure product meets quality, cost and schedule requirements.
Must have a Secret clearance

Bachelors of Science in Engineering or other STEM field
Previous experience with USG agencies, specifically LTPO, AMRDEC, and DCMA
Control Account Management (CAM) certification and experience
Experience with Integrated Master Schedules, Integrated Baseline Reviews, and utilizing EVMS as a management tool
Experience with subcontracts and management of subcontractors
Familiarity with PAC-3 Missile segment
Knowledge of process improvement methodology to include Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
Record of utilizing the FSL model in executing responsibilities
Familiarity with Logistics and Sustainment activities
Prior experience supporting or leading proposals
