Our team is looking for a Program Manager to join them. You will report to the Business Unit Leader, Spares and will have an onsite work schedule in Chatsworth, CA.

To be considered for the Program Manager role, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or science

• 1+ years of program/project management experience in a technical/engineering background, OR

• 1+ years of production planning in a fast-paced environment

• MRP/ERP systems familiarity

As a Program Manager, you will:

• Manage new and ongoing product lines to ensure quality products are delivered on time to the customer

• Work with 10-15 cross-functional team members, including engineers, technicians, CSRs, other PM, etc., in a collaborative way to achieve company goals

• Be responsible for driving assigned activities toward achieving scope, quality, and financial objectives, including product line P&I

• Assist department with tactical duties of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling Ontic programs/initiatives, short- and long-term organizational plans, budgets, personnel, and functions in licensing and manufacturing aviation legacy product

• Be able to interpret the applicable policies and procedures and make enhancements

• Drive successful project closure and hand-off to functional departments

Salary Range:

• $100,000-$125,000/year, based on experience
