The Oneida ESC Group is actively seeking a highly motivated, full-time Program Manager in Washington, DC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide senior-level program management to ensure that objectives, scope, deliverables, and schedules are defined for all tasks within the contract.

  • Serve as the single point of contact and coordinator for all support activities and stated requirements for this contract.

  • Complete all reporting requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in National Security, International Relations, or Business required; or 20 years of in-depth Irregular Warfare field experience.

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in program management, leading and supervising multi-disciplinary teams in support of US Government (USG) international programs.

  • Must have 1 year of demonstrated knowledge of Irregular Warfare.

  • PMP certified

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated organizational abilities and outstanding communication skills as demonstrated in previous job experience within the Irregular Warfare Center.
