The Monetization Product Testing (MPT) is focused to deliver actionable insights from customer-centric product testing programs that determine ship readiness and identify growth opportunities for Meta's highest priority products. As a MPT Program Manager you will manage the delivery of high-priority testing programs and launch Meta's newest business and marketing solutions. You will grow in a dynamic environment and bring operational strategy and process to alpha, beta, and generally available (GA) product testing and influence new products for scaled release.

You will be capable of seamlessly translating ideas into action while effectively collaborating with multiple teams like Engineering, Data Science, and Product Marketing and Operations partners and be comfortable performing under high-pressure, fast-moving and often ambiguous conditions. The ideal candidate will be strong at cross-functional communication and project execution, knowledgeable about marketing, adept with Meta's business tools (e.g. Ads Manager), and have an aptitude for measurement and data analysis.

Program Manager, Monetization Product Testing Responsibilities

  • Work with cross-functional partners - e.g. Product Manager, Product Marketing, Data Science teams - to manage test launches, test monitoring and analysis

Act as a point of contact for Product, Sales and Data Science to ensure smooth and seamless test execution

Manage, monitor, build, and recruit for product tests with participants (i.e. alpha/beta/ga tests) and execute operational components to ensure valid learnings

Surface relevant insights to cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations and User Research) and leverage data and insights to develop multi-faceted solutions to fix problems at scale at all stages of the product life-cycle

Communicate across audiences, effectively understanding and utilizing escalation paths, and updating stakeholders including liaising with Product teams to troubleshoot and problem-solve issues that arise during testing

Facilitate meetings, discussions and document project status and key decisions made via internal project management tools

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree
    2+ years experience with program/project management, customer service, marketing, user or UX research and/or operations

2+ years work experience in managing the implementation, tracking and measurement of digital marketing campaigns

Experience using A/B testing

Experience working/building relationships with cross-functional teams, delivering impact through communication, and influencing teams toward achieving goals

Experience implementing processes and programs that improve product or operational performance

Experience initiating and driving programs to completion with minimal guidance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Comfortable dealing with high-pressure, fast-moving and ambiguous problems

Experience contributing at both strategic and operational levels

Experience working with or in support of diverse communities

Experience with Ads Manager and/or other interfaces within Meta's ad platform

Excellent communication skills, with the experience to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management

Excellent problem-solving, detail-oriented, and organizational skills.

$66,206/year to $114,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
