Boston University's MET College is a global leader delivering high-quality educational experiences to diverse learners through a variety of formats (e.g., campus, online) and program areas. The Department of Applied Social Sciences operates programs in criminal justice, including the top-ranked online MS in Criminal Justice, city planning, urban affairs, and food studies. The Program Manager turns faculty and program leadership vision into action by leading the day-to-day operations, especially for the criminal justice programs.

• Works directly with students to support, guide and empower them through their educational experiences.

• Helps to lead efforts to create and run programming that enhances educational experience and propels our learners into their careers.

• Assist in promoting programs and faculty to attract diverse students with strong academic and professional backgrounds.

The Program Manager is a vital part of the department, working directly with faculty, college staff, external partners, students and alumni.

B.A./B.S., Master's degree preferred, the ability to troubleshoot, multi-task, and communicate effectively with a large body of diverse students, faculty, and external constituents, strong attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, and computer skills to include Microsoft Office, Qualtrics, LinkedIn (and other social media platforms), database software (e.g., PowerBI, Excel), the ability to work independently, and three to five years of administrative experience.
