In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Manage end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of programs within Pan-J&J IM Account Management capabilities, including setting the overall plan and objectives of the programs, coordinating with L&D Experience and Enablement to build and execute, managing day-to-day program operations, and monitoring / evaluating to ensure the business needs are being met.

  • Define program objectives and roadmap strategy within respective Account Management capability area

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Account Management training programs and support in coordination with respective Account Management Learning Business Partners

  • Collaborate with Account Management LBPs and Director, Account Management to direct the planning, implementation, and management of projects in accordance with strategic demand plan for J&J IM L&D

  • Align Pan-J&J IM marketplace content for consistent learner experience across TAs

  • Develop program deployment plan/schedule for assigned areas based on demand plan and any ad hoc priorities

  • Liaise with Janssen Learning Experience and Enablement team to ensure all activities related to development of content, delivery support, and LMS tasks are completed

  • Track and manage allocated budget for program

  • Execute the ongoing maintenance for Account Management capability portfolio / programs based on Account Management LBP guidance to ensure up-to-date Account Management capability offerings

  • Have deep expertise on Account Management capabilities and stay up-to-date with evolving business strategy and dynamic shifts in internal/external talent market

  • Act as a key liaison for Design and Development team resources as needed to design and deliver quality learning solutions, and ensure the standards are being met

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Account Management capability programs in coordination with respective LBPs, and continuously update programs in alignment with the Janssen L&D strategy and direction

  • Conduct facilitation for Account Management training sessions
