Our Mission Solutions Enterprise Operations and Sustainment team is seeking a Program Manager at our Cape Canaveral, FL site. The Payload Launch Sites Support Services (PLSSS) Program provides all launch processing support functions for Office of Space Launch (OSL). The program's two primary operating locations are Vandenberg AFB, CA and Cape Canaveral AFS, FL. Key elements of the PLSSS program scope include satellite launch processing, satellite transport operations, satellite propellant loading operations, and satellite processing facilities O&M. The program is cost-plus and valued at >$80M/yr.
The Program Manager will:
Be accountable for the continued exceptional program performance and on-contract growth.
Represent the program in all executive customer interactions and be responsible for managing these key relationships with all PLSSS program stakeholders.
The PM is collocated with the Government Program Manager (GPM) at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Florida to ensure regular communication and partnership in program execution.
Candidates must possess strong business, systems integration and technical management skills. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Demonstrated program and contract management experience with the following:
Cost, technical and Schedule Management Experience
Experience leading small teams of technical SMEs to meet demanding customer objectives
Experience coordinating multiple simultaneous projects with various levels of maturity
Demonstrated ability to manage teammates and employees in multiple geographic locations
System development, integration, operations or launch processing experience
Demonstrated experience in generating new business and organic program growth
Strong customer management skills, demonstrated experience in a customer interactive intensive environment, demonstrated understanding of government acquisition processes
Experience and technical strength in program(s) integration environment
Facility management experience
Current TS/SCI clearance is required prior to start.
