3+ years in demand planning / supply planning or related decision sciences organization
B.S. in Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business or other related quantitative disciplines, MBA Preferred #CPM
Preferred qualifications include:
A driving passion for innovation and technology
Strong knowledge of supply chain concepts (Experience preferred) in Technology or Retail industry
Strong aptitude for analytic thinking and disciplined problem solving
Excellent communication skills & ability to collaborate across multiple organizations to move business forward.
Familiarity with forecasting and statistical concepts
Proven capabilities of exemplary impact through cross-group collaboration and partnerships

Own and maintain the Capacity Plan and associated parameters for Microsoft Azure Cloud Infrastructure
Serve as a functional expert in all aspects of capacity planning
Act as a key subject matter expert on Microsoft Azure products and related capacity planning parameters to partner engineering groups
Understand and incorporate risks to the capacity plan, and recommend mitigation strategies
Partner with business, operations, finance, and engineering to understand capacity requirements
Drive best practices in capacity and supply planning systems and processes, drive continuous improvement
Communicate to leadership the recommended capacity plan, including its underlying assumptions and strategic basis, upside and downside risk factors, and our plans for adapting to the unpredictable.
