Schedule: Full Time (exempt), benefits eligible!

Pay: $67000 - $76000 DOE and licensure status.

Join the Cornerstone Counseling Center team, an outpatient behavioral health and substance abuse treatment facility. Our Program Manager reports to the Division Director of Treatment Services and manages the domestic violence/mental health/child & youth treatment services team.

Areas of responsibility:

Staff Management: Therapists, Interns

  • Hire, train, coach, and supervise clinical team's performance with use of clinical competencies.

  • Provide clinical supervision and weekly case review.

  • Ensure that client and facility documentation is completed in UWITS and in accordance with program policies and procedures (day-of-service).

  • Resolve disputes, complaints, and grievances between staff and/or clients.

  • Support team in meeting metric of revenue generating services through caseload management, group assignments, etc.

Fiscal Management:

  • Oversee revenue generated by monitoring group coverage, census, and productivity.

  • Participate with the Division Director of Treatment Services and the Director of Accounting in quarterly budget review meetings to stay informed regarding the status of finances.

  • Manage purchasing and accurate financial coding related to daily program operations.

  • Enforce policies to secure funding for each service through timely authorizations and client acquisition of Medicaid, insurance, or grant funds.

Develop and update client services to continue to meet the needs of clientele.

  • Oversee coverage needs for clinic.

  • Manage outcomes by measuring the quality of services provided through data including measurement tools (OQ45, PHQ9) audits, reviews, observations and client feedback. Collaborate with Reports and Data Director to generate outcomes to inform programmatic services.

  • Maintain positive community relationships with contractors, providers, law enforcement, court representatives, and other organizations whose services impact clients.

Contract Compliance

  • Operate treatment programs within licensing standards.

  • Train on program contracts and Medicaid standards including but not limited to documentation, coordination of care, treatment planning, and assessment.

  • Develop and maintain contacts with local business and community organizations, law enforcement, court representatives, vendors, and community groups

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Masters Degree in a social service field and licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, CMHC, or Ph.D. Two years post licensure preferred.

  • Supervisory and administrative experience.

  • Previous work with substance use disorders, mental health disorders, and evidence-based practices including trauma-informed care.

  • Organized, detail oriented, self-starter, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, flexibility to respond to changes.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to uphold professional boundaries, confidentiality regulations, agency policies and procedures, and interact in a professional manner with a diverse workforce, clients, and the public.

  • Willingness to accept supervision and directions.

  • Must be able to pass Utah-DHS-Office of Licensing background screening and pre-employment drug screen.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to interact with clients for extended periods.

  • Work is generally performed in an office environment.
