Position Summary:
As a member of the learning team this position's primary focus is on the end-to-end ownership & development of key learning programs. This person will be expected to explore, apply & assess all nomination-based programs to ensure the right offerings are available. Nomination-based programs may also include coaching, mentoring & culture-based activities.
This position partners with HR Teams, senior leaders & hi-potential employees to drive individual & team, performance, capability, and career development across NUSA.
Primary Responsibilities:
Program Management: Build, Maintain & Assess Key Development Programs & Experiences (70%)
Create and implement effective learning programs of varying size and complexity in a hybrid work environment; Direct, organize and manage program activities at all levels
Work closely with manager to establish yearly program strategy
Explore external benchmarks to identify new programs potential
Assess and evaluate program effectiveness & ROI
Execute learning strategies and programs to build individual capability and performance
Develop, curate & and promote access and deployment of development resources
Vendor management of all program support
Gains alignment from leadership to allocate resources and budget towards relevant programs
Monitor external market best practices relating to adult learning, sales capabilities, technology advancements, etc.
Continue to evolve and develop programming
Meet with key stakeholders regularly to ensure HR support and alignment
Embed external program support into the internal culture
Revamp internal coaching network - manage & sustain
Build internal mentor network
Talent Management & Communications (30%)
Partner with key stakeholder groups to design, prioritize and deliver L&D solutions based on competency gaps and business needs
Support development and understanding of Career Development framework at Nestlé
Develop and deploy programs and resources to accelerate career development
Work with TPM team to align on nomination-based program selection
Work with L&D communications team to align on branding and communication
Requirements and Minimum Education Level:
BS/BA in Business, Learning & Development, Organization development, HR, Marketing or a related field preferred.
Coaching certification preferred
Position requires up to 10-20% travel
Experience:
3 - 5 years of program management experience or relevant/transferable business experience
Proven demonstrated experience and success in the development and launch of initiatives
Experience presenting to senior leaders
Skills:
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address all levels within the organization
Strong leadership, vendor management and project management skills
Manage execution, provide direction, and champion change in a complex environment
Strong organizational and/or project management skills. Able to lead and manage the development of Capability Building strategy and project manage the deployment and delivery (Plan, organize, budget, communicate, execute, and measure).
Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
Ability to adapt, customize, and deploy content and solutions curated from vendor partners and other internal L&D groups (i.e. Corporate L&OD and Functional L&OD, etc.)
Ability to work well on cross functional project teams while executing a large-scale project from vision through implementation
Strong ability to partner with and influence leadership on the importance of culture change and their role in the success of this change
Ability to work independently and lead/influence cross functional teams
Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
Strong facilitation skills: Credible, transparent, High energy, enthusiastic, motivational, and engaging style
Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities
Proficient in MS Office
