Program Manager - Learning and Development Collaborations Strategy and Content Management
This position will support Client Ventures' efforts to plan and execute team-wide collaboration with Client Learning & Development. Key responsibilities will include:
Define a CV: L&D integration plan for remainder of 2018
Build and execute plan for existing content (assuming Project Managing resources across team that own the content)
Develop content specifically with Degreed and other L&D platforms in mind
Close engagement with recommendations regarding how to continue to support and what needs to be operationalized
Successful candidate will have the following:
Ability to gather, review, and disseminate training plans gathered from various channels and provide recommendations on best practices
Strong Project Management skills needed with ability to create, manage and report on progress
