Program Manager - Leadership Development & Onboarding

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Program Manager to lead our Leadership Academy's continuing our commitment to developing world-class leaders and people.

Position Overview:

As the Program Manager of our Leadership Academies at SRS, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future Leadership talent of our organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend strategic thinking, innovation, learning design, and talent development to drive our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Development: Lead the design, development, and enhancement of our Leadership Academy's curriculum. Ensure it aligns with our company's strategic goals and industry best practices.

• Talent Identification: Collaborate with HR and senior management to identify high-potential employees for the program, ensuring a diverse and inclusive participant pool.

• Learning Experience: Create a transformative and engaging learning experience for program participants through workshops, mentorship, simulations, and other innovative approaches.

• Program Delivery: Oversee academy logistics, schedules, and budgets to ensure a seamless and cost-effective delivery.

• Mentorship: Foster a culture of mentorship and continuous learning by matching participants with experienced leaders and subject matter experts.

• Performance Assessment: Implement robust assessment and evaluation processes to measure program effectiveness and participant progress.

• Feedback and Improvement: Continuously gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to refine and improve the program.

• Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on program outcomes and ROI.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; master's degree preferred.

• Proven experience in program management, leadership, talent development, or related roles.

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent development and leadership.

• Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
