Job Description:

We are seeking a Program Manager who will provide overall oversight for the successful execution of our project supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency. The Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing the overall software agile development process and is the primary point of contact for all aspects of the program.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead the management and oversight of all activities performed by contractor personnel, including subcontractors, to satisfy the requirements identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

• Report all contractor labor hours (including subcontractor labor hours) required for performance of services provided to DIA via the secure data collection site, System for Award Management (SAM).

• Prepare and submit a monthly status report containing requirements derived by DIA.

• Employ and report on Earned Value Management.

• Develop content for and lead recurring meetings, including technical status updates, program management reviews, and others as required with Government stakeholders.

• Identify and implement quality management plans and processes to ensuring solutions meet the project's requirements.

• Lead the use of Agile methodologies for application development, and the development shall be organized into one or more releases consisting of multiple sprints.

• lmplement future releases that include the capabilities as requested and required by FMI analysts, DIA tradecraft notes and Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 203 standards.

• Develop Cyber analysis capabilities that allow analysts to track threat actor groups and Advanced Persistent Threats (APTs).

Here's what you need:

• 10+ years of project management experience managing complex projects of similar scope.

• An active certification in one of the following: PMI CAPM; PMI PMP; and/or PMI PgMP.

Bonus points if you have:

• Master's degree in a business or technical field (e.g., Business Management, Computer Science, Accounting, or similar).
• A minimum of five years of experience managing projects utilizing Agile program management methodologies in a big data environment.
• A minimum of five years of experience in an IC, military, or other Government environment performing in a related subject area (e.g., project management, engineering, or computer science).

Security Clearance:

• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, or Information Technology, or strongly related field.
