TheProgram Manager plays a key role in the delivery of a number of key internalinitiatives. The role is within the
Client Operations center which will require levering significant strategic planning,influencing, problem-solving and project management skills to facilitatecross-functional delivery of programs designed to maximize customersatisfaction and retain revenue.
Develops a deep understanding of issues and challenges andproposes and initiates programs to address them.
Outlines success criteria/metrics and manage projects tosuccessful conclusion.
Coordinates internal resources and as needed, third partiesto ensure flawless execution of projects.
Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scopeand within budget.
Measures and reports on project progress using appropriatetools and techniques.
Reports and escalates to management as needed.
Develops and presents weekly executive dashboards reportingon projects, issues and risks of assigned projects.
Successfully manages relationships with all stakeholders.
Performs risk management to minimize project risks.
Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Licenses, and Certifications:
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Solid organizational skills including strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated expertise in producing high quality presentations.
ADDITIONALREQUIREMENTS OR INFORMATION
Although duties are typically performed duringnormal business hours, off-hours work may be required to meet customer and/orbusiness needs.
Position may require up to 15% of travel bothdomestic and international.
