We are seeking to hire an experienced Senior Infrastructure Services Project Manager. This person will join a global team of Program & Project Managers who focus on delivering technology solutions that support EA's business. Our domain spreads across Network and WIFI, Virtualization, Data Center, Compute, Data & Storage, Automation, and Security Services. As well, we support delivery of Public Cloud services related to SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS.

What we are looking for in a Senior Project Manager:

  • Proactively engage sponsors and technical delivery leadership to ensure commitments remain stable and risks mitigated

  • Work with stakeholder groups/business partners to build out detailed project plans

  • Clearly define trade-offs and drive project objectives through organizational constraints

  • A "Play-as-One" attitude

  • Proactively communication to convey progress, influence needed decisions, and convey concepts across teams and stakeholders

  • Lead with empathy to drive understanding of individuals thinking patterns and perspectives

  • Manage scope and related change management processes

  • Set and manage user/customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle

  • Proactively manage issues and risks to resolution

  • Manage the knowledge transfer from project team to support teams and ensure solutions are stable and supportable

  • Conduct project post-mortem reviews and project closure

  • Build great working relationships within the EA user community

  • Understand our business partners and how to engage the broader community to attain common goals

  • Understand our domain area to manage programs more effectively

  • Use a positive approach to get collaborative work done

  • Measure delivery against business requirements


  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Strong project management and implementation experience (Initiation through transition)

  • Proven hands-on experience managing delivery of infrastructure related initiatives

  • Track record of planning and delivering cost effective results

  • Proven project management skills with the ability to multi-task, delegate, and prioritize tasks

  • Proven ability to evaluate and manage risk

  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and customer service skills

  • Ability to manage and adhere to plans, budgets, and variances within the IT function

  • Ability to balance the pressures of a fast-paced project environment with the need for a fun, productive group and environment

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business models and organization structures

  • Experience with varying methodologies, e.g. Agile, Waterfall, Dev Ops

  • Demonstrate high integrity in dealing with sensitive information

  • Apply critical thinking to tackle complex challenges and ambiguous conditions

  • Travel when required
