Program Manager (Infrastructure)

Hartwig Staffing is partnered with a company based out of McLean, VA that is looking to add a Program Manager with heavy infrastructure experience to their team. Compensation for this role goes up to $170K per year plus benefits. 

What you bring:

• 8-10 years of experience of managing IT organizations or Infrastructure programs.
• Experience managing Infrastructure projects from design, implementation to maintenance for all on premise and cloud operations & environments including but not limited to networking, security, platforms, identity management.
• Experience managing NOC/SOC Operations.
• Must have experience managing projects supporting federal IT Organizations.
• Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
• Experience with the Agile methodology
• Demonstrated managerial experience in providing training, technical advice, organizing, planning, directing, and managing staff to ensure that goals and objectives of the project, as well as, problem resolution and customer satisfaction, is accomplished within prescribed timeframes and funding parameters.
• Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to get a Public Trust Clearance.
• Must have Bachelor Degree.
