Program management of technical support
Operational rigor to manage metrics
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Stay on top of team's operational metrics
Handle any urgent escalations
Manage resources for the team for optimal delivery
BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience.
4-5 of years of experience in Program management
Basic SQL knowledge
Knowledge of any one programming language
Technical support experience
