Service Desk is Client Customer solutions' technical support team enabling 4k+ sellers across sales teams helps client customers

Overall Responsibilities:

Program management of technical support

Handling escalations

Resource management

Operational rigor to manage metrics

Special projects

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

  • Stay on top of team's operational metrics

  • Handle any urgent escalations

  • Manage resources for the team for optimal delivery

Skill/Experience/Education:

Mandatory:

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 4-5 of years of experience in Program management

  • Basic SQL knowledge

  • Stakeholder management

Desired:

  • Knowledge of any one programming language

  • Analytics

  • Technical support experience

Internship Recruiting Program Manager The Human Resources Team at Oracle has an exciting new opportunity for an Internship Recruiting Program Manager to join a team that will conceptualize, build and run our Internship Program for the Development Organization. We are investing in an Internship Program to provide a diverse set of experiences to allow college students to power Oracle's innovation engine. The objective of the program is to hire students with a diverse set of skills and experiences and allow them to work in and across multiple teams and programs within the Oracle Development business. This program is intended to enhance their overall learning experience, help build their network, and accelerate their opportunity to make an impact. Job Responsibilities Key responsibilities include: * Assisting with the overall conceptualization for the Internship program strategy & vision in partnership with the HR, University Hiring & Business Leadership Teams * Creating robust project plan with timelines and identifying risks & blockers for execution * Partnering with Business Leaders to determine headcount goals, job descriptions, marketing collateral and interviewers * Partnering with University Hiring Team to identify target schools, organize student events, career fairs, and time interviews * Partnering with OTD Teams to design & execute robust on-boarding and development experiences for Intern hires * Providing regular status updates to HR & Business Leadership on progress made against plan * Aligning with and gaining sponsorship from multiple stakeholders to ensure successful execution of the program * Ensuring strict adherence to program budget (including spend and forecasted spend vs budget, spend per participant, spend per program and historical trends etc.). Modelling the financial impact of new programs, design features, delivery approaches, etc. to enable sound, fiscally-minded decisions * Stewarding change and being an effective ambassador for the college program Qualifications * Prior experience of 4 years in Recruiting with preferably 2 years in Internship and/or College hiring programs within a high-growth, customer-focused global enterprise * Ability to combine systems-thinking with strong program and project management skills– able to see impact across related processes and systems, and implement globally and at scale * Demonstrated execution excellence skill set, attention to detail and follow-through, and ability to drive multiple streams of work simultaneously * Agile and able to adapt quickly in response to business conditions, calm under pressure * Strong collaboration skills with demonstrated success working with multiple stakeholders to achieve consensus and results * Experience in planning Medium & Large Events (25- 200 ppl.) that inspire and educate employees * Strong team player with outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills * Exceptional written English, presentation, and facilitation skills * Experience working successfully with geographically distributed teams * This role will require some travel for events and career fairs As part of Oracle's employment process candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment screening process, after a conditional offer has been extended.
