Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 5 years of experience in program or project management.

• 5 years of experience in data center planning, constraint enforcement, and supply chain management.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

• Experience with two or more of the following: server hardware and software, network hardware and software, data center infrastructure and operations and/or mechanical and electrical systems, supply chain.

About the job

In this role, you will ensure physical machine rack placement feasibility and execution while managing inter-project dependencies. You will enable expedited capacity delivery for Google services with a focused lens on Machine Learning deployments.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Assign physical locations on the server floor ensuring Space/Power/Cooling/Networking constraints are met.

• Manage rack placement deployment feasibility across physical placement, construction, network deployments, and Fleet reconfigurations.

• Track and manage dependencies to enable the rack deployment.

• Lead decisions on prioritization of projects.
