Requirements / Qualifications
Major Duties and Responsibilities • Hold the mission and values of the school as central to the work and believe that all youth can and will find success given the right resources and opportunities. • Support the day-to-day operation of the school including: o Coach, evaluate, and supervise teachers and staff. o Utilize positive behavior intervention strategies and restorative practices to guide students, many of whom have experienced high levels of trauma and rejection in their lives. o Prepare accountability reports, overseeing appropriate data collection and community engagement to focus our work in supporting our students and families. o Work with the Principal and other staff to oversee the day-to-day operations of the schools.
Certification & Qualification Requirements • Valid California Administrative Credential • The ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing. Bilingual Spanish/English speaker preferred.

Condition of Employment: Employees are required to submit to a Department of Justice background check and provide proof of freedom from tuberculosis and vaccination of Measles.
