Virtua provides services through Virtua Medical Group with 302 physicians and other clinicians, and at its urgent care centers, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, health and wellness centers, fitness centers, home health services, long-term care, rehabilitation centers and paramedic program.
A leader in maternal and child health services, Virtua delivers nearly 8,000 babies a year. It provides health services to 1,500 businesses, and participates in Virtua Physician Partners, a clinically integrated network of 1,400 physicians and other clinicians.
Virtua is affiliated with Penn Medicine for cancer and neuroscience and the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) for pediatrics.

Total Weekly Hours:
Manages relationship and contract between Virtua and the fitness management company, which includes budgetary and financial oversight. Ensures Virtua standards and values are exhibited by fitness management company employees to promote an outstanding customer experience.
Fosters, develops, and maintains strong positive relationships and ongoing collaboration with all ambulatory services within the Health & Wellness Centers. Serves as Virtua liaison to Health & Wellness Centers in support of the Virtua Credo.
Leads the community relations activities for health and wellness centers including promoting Virtua at community events, working with community leaders, enhancing organizational visibility, and supporting community activities. Partners with local medical community to further program development and growth of all ambulatory services within the health & wellness centers.
Represents Administration in addressing and resolving customers (patients, tenants, employees) requests and concerns. Works as a liaison with patient/designated support team and staff to maintain open lines of communication and assure continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction.
3-5 years of leadership/supervisory experience in health care.
Proven ability to lead change and motivate at all levels in the organization and deliver business transformation results.
Strong leadership skills, understanding the matrix of healthcare and the interconnections.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proven skill in program development. Demonstrates strong business acumen and ability to translate goals and objectives into outcomes.
Experience in health and wellness related field preferred.
Bachelor's degree in health and wellness related field required.
Master's degree in related field preferred.
