The Revenue Acceleration team within Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) is a global team that aligns the company priorities with automation and analytics to deliver growth opportunities for our sellers and customers. We are responsible for the strategy, systems, and analytics that drive algorithmic lead generation for our frontline teams.
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for the operations of the Recommended Opportunities program, which include designing and improving existing processes, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and creating communication materials for functional stakeholders, sales teams, and executives. You will be working closely with internal teams globally to address sales feedback and identify continuous improvement needs. Additionally, you will drive your impact on Google's Ads business.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in consulting or cross-functional program management.
Experience with SQ or similar analytical tools.
Experience with tools and elements of project management.
Experience working with technical teams.
Experience with online advertising products and business.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Manage quarterly sales planning process and new initiatives for the Recommended Opportunities program.
Drive scalable local priorities through the Recommended Opportunities program.
Convert stakeholder feedback into actionable product and program improvements.
Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders and partners across internal teams globally.
