G3’s broad experience, focus toward desired outcomes, and commitment to Innovation ensures responsive and long-lasting results.Job Description: G3 Innovative Solutions is currently seeking a Program Manager to provide highly technical support to U.S. Government customers to improve service delivery, enhance performance, reduce downtime, decrease potential risks, implement cost savings, and achieve cost savings. The ideal candidate will provide services which include project management, portfolio management, contract management, process management, requirements development, performance management, risk management, root cause analysis, and gap analysis. Duties and responsibilities:
Employment Type: Full-TimeClearance(Required): Must currently possess a Top Secret with SCI eligibility level clearance.
- Provide contract Draft and Final Transition Plans.
- Provide Staffing Management Plan of all assigned contractor staff.
- Provide Monthly Status Report that captures or summarizes completed tasks, staffing status, financials (to include labor, travel, and equipment ODC funds), and any issues/challenges encountered within 10 days after the end of the month.
- Provide Project planning and facilitate implementation of government-approved projects.
- Participate in authorized on-site meetings; prepare and present briefings on progress of work, prepare white papers and draft responses to IT-related data calls, as requested by the Government Task Monitors.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to identify collaborative responsibilities and support process interaction with other Government and contractor IT groups. Present SOPs to the Government Task Monitors for review and approval prior to implementation.
- Facilitate integration with established DISA processes and procedures.
- LCR MCDO SAP system
- Establish/Design/Implement SAP solution for OMC-CA
- BA/BS
- 10+ years IT Program Management experience
- 7+ years of experience leading tasks of a similar size/scope
- Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) and one of the following DoD 8570.01M and a minimum of one of the following certifications: .
- CompTIA Security Plus Continuing Education (CE),
CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP) Continuing Education (CE),- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
- CompTIA Security Plus Continuing Education (CE),
- Arlington, VA
- Top Secret with SCI eligibility
