Lead a data center migration program including application upgrades, transformation, and decommission and infrastructure deployment for a large manufacturing company. Provide front line representation of the project to C-level executives and to other vendor partners. Frame the overall program strategy and obtain collaboration from the client, the program teams, and other vendor partners. Address issues, risks, and ensure corrections are made in order to achieve the project deadlines and requirements.
Ability to frame a program level data center migration strategy and direct key components of a data center migration
Ability to communicate with C-level executives about project status and overall project vision
Experience managing 60 resources, multiple parallel projects, defining KPIs for the project activities, and measuring the program progress against defined KPIs
Prepare a program-level roadmap, communication plan, and adjust the plans according to progress and interdependencies
Provide cross-vendor communication in a multi-vendor project
Experience with ITIL framework is preferred
Experience with data center migration or application modernization is preferred
Experience running programs for a manufacturing company is preferred
Experience running programs for an automotive company is preferred
Evidence of overcoming, mitigating, and preventing major obstacles and risks in prior program management experience
Using problem-solving, critical thinking skills, and independent thinking to overcome challenges
Strong, clear, and confident communication in writing and verbally ability to rapidly demonstrate credibility and capability
