Position Duties:

Acts as the overall lead, manager and administrator for the contracted effort. Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues. Oversees Contractor execution of the contract requirements including: management of project staff to achieve mission goals and performance objectives; organization, conduct, and or participation in meetings; development, documentation, update, and maintenance of overall project plans and schedules; requirements status reporting and updates; and collaboration on performance of all services with designated internal business units and personnel as required. Manages acquisition and employment of program/project resources. Must possess a working knowledge of M-SHARP, MCALMS, JMPS and SBTP.

Requirements

Masters degree and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Navy/Marine Corps aviation (pilot/aircrew), as would be experienced as an Aviation Operations Officer, Aviation Assistant Operations Officer (AAOPSO). Must possess familiarity with TECOM and HQMC budget and requirement generation processes. Detailed knowledge of T&R, MATSS and CCRM required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
