Does it feel like you’ve been searching for a needle in a haystack? A leadership position with an organization that gives you autonomy as a manager to run a program, sets realistic enrollment goals, and has an incredibly meaningful mission (and a company that will actually respond when you apply)?

If so, congrats, you’ve arrived at the end of the rainbow (and yes, there’s a pot of gold)!

We are working with an incredible experiential education provider (similar to a hands-on internship) to find an EducationProgram Manager. They began as a non-profit with a mission to provide practical and highly affordable education to underserved pre-healthcare/medical students. It’s a unique program we all wish we went through that bridges the gap between academic training and real life.

You’ll be responsible for oversight of 100-400 students, and the programs range from 15-36 months, involve hands-on learning in hospitals and outpatient facilities where students can work side-by-side with nurses, doctors, and administration, and can be as inexpensive as a couple hundred dollars a year.

Don’t worry if you haven’t been in a role like this before- we are looking for a leader who’s passionate about education, has the unique and dynamic personality needed to engage with students one day, and with C-level executives the next, and is comfortable reaching-out to schools to partner with. If that’s you, then the organization a phenomenal onboarding and mentorship system to teach you the rest!
