Amazon Logistics is looking for a passionate and talented Program Manager to manage new programs supporting on road delivery operations. This role will be responsible for creating, improving and implementing field programs supporting driver hiring at stations. They will develop scalable process improvements and work directly with stations to coordinate driver hiring events. They will develop strategies to leverage existing marketing and community groups to build new driver hiring programs for hard to hire sites. This role will effectively move between strategy and execution on a daily basis as we iterate and innovate the driver hiring and training process. The role will influence and drive various functional teams and individuals at all levels of the organization and possess a high level or autonomy and integrity while managing a variety of priorities.
This role does include travel of 25% primarily supporting in station events.
The candidate will have a talent and passion for building new programs and processes within the company along with a relentless desire to exceed customers' expectations while optimizing the overall cost-per-delivery model. The candidate will have a strong bias for action, strategic planning skills, quantitative analysis, and the ability to organize and deliver new initiatives involving leadership across cross-functional operations, software development, business, and external contracting teams is essential. This position will include regular direct communications with senior leaders, product teams and support teams across the organization.
Coordinating field hiring events with operations, DSP providers, and marketing partners.
Driving standardization, businesses processes, and reporting with delivery operations in partnership with support partners
Forming cross-functional project teams, planning and organizing, managing, and executing complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders
