Amazon Devices, Digital and Alexa Support Ops team is looking for a Virtual Tech Support Program Manager to lead forums and crowdsourced customer support initiatives. Those crowd sourced communities support Amazon customers through live interactions and by sharing, capturing, and organizing knowledge around Amazon products and services such as Echo and Alexa skills, FireTV, Kindle, Twitch or video games

When it comes to forums, communities and Technical Support, people see you as an expert, and someone thinking out of the box. You have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership, and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities

The Virtual Tech Support Program Manager will own the relationship with crowd sourced communities of experts, drive engagement, and manage the customer experience, rolling out engaging and innovative solutions. This person will bridge customer's journey and traditional technical support for connected devices and services that we all love.

This role is inherently cross-functionalthis leader works closely with technology, Social Media and Technical Support operations, business intelligence, and executive teams to define and implement the right customer experience when it come to forums and communities. This Virtual Tech Support Program Manager also thinks and breathes innovation, advocates for the customer, and will have demonstrated ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines.
