The Virtual Tech Support Program Manager will own the relationship with crowd sourced communities of experts, drive engagement, and manage the customer experience, rolling out engaging and innovative solutions. This person will bridge customer's journey and traditional technical support for connected devices and services that we all love.
This role is inherently cross-functionalthis leader works closely with technology, Social Media and Technical Support operations, business intelligence, and executive teams to define and implement the right customer experience when it come to forums and communities.
