Position Summary
The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the successful execution of key projects and initiatives. The individual will help optimize productivity and nurture program/project success from inception to completion, working closely with senior management, various individuals, and teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and drive the delivery of high-quality results within set timelines and budgets.. The PM is responsible for formulating, organizing and monitoring inter-connected projects, while managing and coordinating cross-project activities and resources, accessing program performance, resolving project issues, and preparing reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Program Management
Works closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project leads to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives. Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment and coordinate the delegate cross-project initiatives. Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors. Develop and manage project deliverables against established business goals and objectives. Work with project leads to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department. Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks.

Performance and Execution
Provide leadership and support that drives excellence in projects and initiatives. Ensure successful achievement of corporate goals and established performance expectations for respective areas of oversight. Track and report performance metrics accordingly, providing accurate and valuable information to management and stakeholders on the progress, risks, and estimated completion of projects. Ensures utilization of the credit union's project system.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve program goals. Education
Bachelor's degree obtained through a formal 4-year program at an accredited educational facility preferred or equivalent experience.
Experience
A minimum of 5-8 years of previous leadership experience, preferably in program management. Experience with financial institutions highly preferred.

Must demonstrate a functional knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act in addition to other Federal laws, including but not limited to: U.S. Patriot Act, Office of Foreign Assets & Control, Anti-Money Laundering, Right to Financial Privacy Act, and the Bank Bribery Act.
