What is the Results Delivery Office?

The Results Delivery Office (RDO) drives the development of Caliber's overall growth strategy and ensures successful execution of Caliber's short-, mid-, and long-term objectives. The RDO is responsible for identifying, articulating, and sizing opportunities for profitable future growth and business optimization. The RDO drives the execution of high-impact, high-visibility programs to ensure Caliber achieves our long-term objectives and annual targets and realizes our Vision: "To be the company that improves the image of the automotive service experience".

What will you do as a Program Manager in the Results Delivery Office?

• Drive the execution of high-impact programs to achieve Caliber's business objectives

• Provide regular updates to C-suite on program results, progress, and needs

• Track and analyze program and pilot performance against agreed-upon metrics

• Build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across all LOBs and departments to align executive leaders and drive action

• Assist business leaders in structuring and piloting key test-and-learn opportunities

• Help develop and execute robust change management plans for programs

• Ensure organizational alignment on hypotheses, key qualitative and quantitative metrics, ROI model parameters, execution plans, resourcing needs, and risks and mitigation plans

This is an in-office role located at our headquarters in Lewisville, TX. The RDO Program Manager is considered a 2-3 year "rotational" role that enables highly motivated professionals to gain a full understanding of Caliber's lines of business (LOBs) before seeking higher-level opportunities in the enterprise.

• ~2-3 years in corporate strategy, consulting, corporate development, investment banking, research and development, or related areas

• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, diplomacy, and effective communication at the C-suite level

• Comfortable with ambiguity and putting structure around problems / tasks with limited guidance

• Ability to arrive at actionable "answers" through a combination of independent research, financial / operational data analysis, and input from executive stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, data science, or related fields
