Providence is calling a Program Manager - Provider Relations and Program Development (1.0 FTE, Days) at Providence Portland Medical Center in Portland, OR.
In this position, you will:
Be responsible for ensuring the achievement of initiatives as directed by the Director of Strategic Outreach and Program Development.
Work closely with the PCI leadership team and Medical Directors, physicians and staff, Providence Health and Services Foundation, Marketing and Communication departments, Providence Sales and Service team, Providence Graduation Medical Education, external networks and partners.
Design and implement strategic initiatives related to program development, communications, provider relations and outreach.
Be accountable for directing, engaging in, and developing internal and external partnerships across the integrated delivery system and the community to define objectives in alignment with system and regional strategies and implementing projects to achieve measurable results.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor of Science (BS) or Masters in business, marketing or health care administration.
3-5 years managing Accreditation Programs.
3-5 years experience with Social Media Campaigns, Marketing, Communications, and Newsletter Publications.
Great organizational skills, communication, and the knowledge of implementing strategies while working with many stakeholders with big projects.
Able to present presentations to management and employees in a clear and concise manner.
