Job Overview:

The Program Manager for Consumer Product Cycle will oversee and coordinate all aspects of the product lifecycle from inception to market launch and beyond. Reporting to the Director of Product Strategy, this role will be responsible for ensuring that products are developed, launched, and managed in alignment with the company's strategic goals. The Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, sales, and supply chain to ensure successful product introductions and lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Product Lifecycle Management:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of the consumer product lifecycle.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.

  • Manage the product roadmap and ensure alignment with the strategic objectives set by the Director of Product Strategy.

2.Project Coordination:

  • Develop detailed project plans and timelines.

  • Track project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.

3.Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and positioning.

  • Work with the Director of Product Strategy to identify market opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies.

  • Monitor product performance and market trends to provide actionable insights.

4.Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related inquiries.

  • Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project alignment and support.

5.Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards and customer expectations.

  • Implement and oversee quality control processes throughout the product lifecycle.

6.Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

  • Monitor expenditures and provide financial reports to the Director of Product Strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in the consumer products industry.

  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
