Program Manager Consumer Marketing
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Drive the overall program of content creation for global propositions on the Consumer Marketing road map. Responsible to engage with existing suppliers and/or potential partners to drive programs that enable the Creation Strategy & Production teams to reduce time to market and increase efficiency and productivity. You will proactively manage continuous improvement to identify areas for further development, pinpoint knowledge gaps and surface pockets of excellence to deliver best in class execution at scale.
You are responsible for
Owns the Creation, Production and Deployment projects map, ensuring resources are planned and managed efficiently.
Has responsibility to improve the financial results for the business through effective planning and management of resources.
Builds and maintains the program organisation, optimises the ways of working, and manages interfaces with other functions.
Defines the content creation program in line with the Consumer marketing road-map in consultation with the Consumer Marketing Operations team and Creation and Production stakeholders.
Provides input to Marketing Planning & Operations team to best manage resourcing bottle-necks and budget planning.
Identify best practices and synergies whilst acknowledging nuances in their needs across the Consumer Marketing portfolio and different audiences.
Deploys process improvement and quality assurance and makes the Production & Deployment team efficient and transparent, in line with business and program processes.
Ensures cross-pollination, maintains a historical database for estimates of future programs, manages lessons learned, facilitates harmonisation across functions and departments.
Report out to business management with regular program performance status, variances to plan and identification of corrective actions
Enable an entrepreneurial approach, identifying the right ways of working to improve against key KPI's whilst maintaining clearly understood processes.
You are a part of
Consumer Strategy-, Creation- and Production Team, which consists of specialists in different marketing creation, production and project management functions, covering end-to-end 360 content creation.
You will reporting into the Production & Deployment Director and work in close collaboration with the Lead Producer and Engagement Lead.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Master degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field and 10 years of relevant working experience
PMP certified (preferred)
Deep understanding of the 360 creative process and content production across touch-points
Experience with agile methodologies
Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
Strong presentation skills
High drive and energy level
Fluent in English, verbal and written
