Job Description

An industry leading, multi-billion dollar automotive supplier is currently looking to add a Program Manager to their growing group. This company has a tremendous amount of internal career growth and upward mobility potential due to their continued business growth.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead, plan and manage cross functional teams to ensure program activities are executed in accordance with established contract requirements, budgets, and schedules to achieve a successful product launch on time and within budget.
  • Monitor design development, program progress, and serve as primary point of contact for all site-related activities
  • Responsible for the programs status, specifications, quality assurance
  • Identify and resolve issues that may impede programs completion
  • Manage and report out on program profit and loss and budgets

Experience :

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Prior Program Management experience is highly preferred
  • New product launch experience for the automotive industry
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices
  • Must have ability to monitor and administer program design projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deal effectively with all levels of management

HCA Nurse Residency Program (Medical Oncology) StaRN Program (12 weeks total): * The StaRN Program is primarily designed to provide the graduate nurse with the tools necessary to succeed in today's hospital environment. * It will help you transition out of the classroom setting onto the unit by providing you with the following training: * 5 weeks classroom, self-study, skills & simulations * 7 weeks preceptorship in the Medical Oncology Unit * Certification achieved: ECG, TeamSTEPPS, BLS/ACLS, CPI After StaRN you will transition to our Professional Development Program: * 9 month program factored into your full time position in the Emergency Department * Obtain Charge Nurse and Preceptor skills * Partnered with a mentor to complete an evidence based Capstone Project (4 hours a month) * Your project could get reviewed by corporate for further recognition Cohort Start Dates: July 9th QUALIFICATIONS: * Applicants can apply and be offered a position prior to passing the NCLEX exam * Applicants should not have acute care / hospital RN experience * Previous nursing support or service industry experience preferred * Self-motivated and strong communication skills required * Acceptance in programs requires a two year commitment to the facility EDUCATION: * Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current license as a RN in the State of Virginia within the past 6 months * Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Preferred) * Tuition Reimbursement Program ($5,250/calendar year) HCA Terre Haute IN
