If so, the Amazon supply chain team is looking for an experienced leader with a strong record of achieving results, to create and execute the worldwide supply chain by working closely with our retail and operations partners across the globe in order to effectively manage volume flows and fullness for our fulfillment centers and delivery stations.

Amazon obsesses over customers by offering a white glove service where we deliver TVs and other large items like furniture to customers' homes. Not only do we deliver large parcels, we unpack, assemble, install and sometimes even do tests, hauling away old items as needed.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working with Finance and Operations partners towards building robust labor plans that deliver the necessary capacity for the business

  • Lead the weekly labor plan cadence (assumptions and solve) with local FC operations, HR and finance

  • Holding operations leadership accountable for delivering on their plans

  • Creation of standard work for labor planning processes that can be replicated across the globe

  • Evaluating new technology solutions to improve the labor planning process

VIEW JOBS 10/12/2019 12:00:00 AM 2020-01-10T00:00 22 LOCATION OF POSITION MDH, Office of Systems, Operations and Pharmacy, Baltimore, MD Main Purpose of Job This position is responsible for assisting the Senior Prescription Drug Assistance Program (SPDAP) Director with organizing, planning, and coordinating SPDAP operations to include systems, audits, budgets, performance and contracts/procurements. This position also includes budget management of SPDAP and Third Party Administrator (TPA) operations totaling approximately $14 million annually as well as oversight of a bank account that handles approximately $12 million annually. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Qualified candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional experience in health or human services field, including 3 years experience managing or supervising subordinates. This position also requires proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel spreadsheets and Access databases. Candidates should also possess: * General Accounting knowledge * Experience with project budget development, project budget projections and statistical analysis * Experience with project outreach efforts to include making presentations to diverse target groups * Experience with Contract Monitoring * Experience with conflict resolution and customer relations SELECTION PROCESS Applicants who meet the minimum (and selective) qualifications will be included in further evaluation.
