POSITION SUMMARY:Our Redmond-based client is looking for a Program Manager for a remote based position, it's a Part time role with 12 hours a week/ No Overtime

Responsibilities

  • Data Visualization and Analysis Expertise: Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex data models, reports, and dashboards using Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and providing actionable insights to support strategic decisions.

  • SharePoint Development and Management: Develop and manage SharePoint sites and libraries to facilitate team collaboration and document management, including customization of SharePoint lists, forms, and workflows to optimize business processes.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring the delivery of tailored and effective solutions.

  • Data Governance and Security: Implement and maintain data governance policies and procedures, including data security, quality, and integrity, adhering to organizational standards and compliance requirements.

  • Support the Director, Innovation Strategy and Planning to enable automation and digitization of key Strategy and Planning processes to deliver efficient execution across the team. The candidate will be responsible for driving development work on key solutions that deliver digitization and efficiencies.

Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum of 4 years' experience with PowerBi.

  • Must have a minimum of 4 years' experience with technology industry.

  • Must have minimum 3+ years' experience with Microsoft office suite.

  • Should have minimum 4 years experience in Technology industry.

  • Should have minimum 4 years experience in PowerBI development and managing projects.

  • Should have Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Business discipline.

  • Strong executive presence, good judgement, ability to manage stakeholders and navigate complex scenarios in a cross functional environment.

  • Expert level experience with PowerBI, SharePoint, and more.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex information

  • Experience in a complex multi-team and strategy fast paced business environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Should have 6+ years' experience in Technology industry.

  • Advanced degree in Data science, business management, or related disciplines

  • A competitive pay range of $55/hr- $61/hr (depending on experience).

  • 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
