As the Beta Program Manager, you are a data-driven strategic thinker who is passionate about developing scalable processes at a hyper-growth company. Your role will be centralized and very collaborative across the organization as you develop and manage the framework for how Compass runs customer-focused beta tests. You will work collaboratively alongside leaders in the Product & Engineering team and provide insights and direction across the organization.
At Compass You Will
Create and maintain a central system to segment, track, and manage customer outreach across all Compass beta experiences
Partner with in-product notification product team to optimize customer outreach methods (A/B messaging tests, page / point in session testing, etc)
Partner with Product Marketing Managers and Product Managers to create optimal outreach plan and audience, based on the outlined goals of the beta
Partner with Product Marketing Managers to track and communicate plans across the organization, providing clarity around product beta timelines and participating customers
Analyze the beta customer inputs around the product, the positioning, and the messaging to help product teams identify features that resonate most with the customer
What We're Looking For
A motivated self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and able to consistently prioritize key initiatives, remaining accountable for outcomes
4+ years of overall work experience, preferably 2-3 years of experience working in a product organization
Proficiency working with data and the ability to identify and analyze customer segments via Looker
Excellent communicator who can effectively manage multiple stakeholders
Ability to invent & simplify processes to keep our product team and beta customers organized
Solution-oriented mindset and work approach, glass half-full mentality
Detail-oriented strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving capabilities who thrives in ambiguity
Ability to learn quickly and maintain a high-performance level in a fast-paced, high volume environment
