The Business Process and Technology Solutions Team is seeking a Program Manager who will be part of the Field HR Tech team focused on delivering robotic processing solutions to employees throughout Operations HR. The PM will manage the needs assessment, solution configuration, application testing and deployment activities of solutions that provide automated and scalable services to our Operations HR customers.

Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:
Gather, analyze and document functional / technical requirements for new projects, enhancements to existing solutions and production issues reported by end users.
Research new solutions and make recommendations that meet and exceed business objectives.
Perform application configuration activities when required.
Analyze current business processes for automation opportunities and work with business partners to ensure business processes are ready for automation.
Research production system issues, resolve user problems and escalate when necessary.
Document IT-specific process and project activities that support our content and knowledge management initiatives.
