ARETUM, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Program Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of programs for our government clients, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
- The candidate shall provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance and leadership of the execution of this TO.
- Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
- Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization. Creating and managing long-term goals.
- Demonstrated successful management and supervision of employees of various labor categories and skills in efforts similar in size and scope as referenced under this Contract.
- Demonstrated experience in a Department of Defense Information Technology environment
- Shall possess the ability to communicate in both oral and written forms, demonstrating an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff as well as clients
- Familiarity with Department of Defense security requirements as applied to their subject matter expertise.
- Shall have experience working in an Information Technology environment similar in size (or larger) and scope to this contract
- Strong working knowledge of large, complex Information Technology environments
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or other field related to work under this requirement.
- A minimum of five years of experience in overseeing large teams to provide user-centric digital solutions and experience for a varied end-user demographic within military or government sectors.
- Possess a current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional certification.
- Possess a minimum of a favorably adjudicated National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC)/Access National Agency Check with Inquiries (ANACI) investigation
- Ability to be on site, Washington DC, once per month
