Estimated annual base pay: $98,700(minimum) - $123,400(midpoint) - $148,100(maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're Program Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The Program Manager is accountable for the planning, directing, and execution of local and/or global projects. The Program Manager is responsible for managing projects and project team activities in the development and launch of new products or derivatives. Program Manager will direct and influence the project team to achieve project deliverables including contractual and business objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction and QDRC.
What You Will Be Doing
Coordinate and lead multiple projects of medium to high complexity and risk, or projects with multiple sub-projects. This includes managing the Engine Application Projects
Manage the engine test schedule and communication with customers
Be accountable for scope change management within the project, including collaborating with the Customer Account Manager and the project team to respond to customer scope changes. This involves working with the contracts and legal team to ensure proper project scope definition.
Participate in and support new business development proposals
Execute, monitor, and control the schedule, cost deliverables, risk management, and scope to meet or exceed stakeholder and customer expectations
Allocate resources and manage the project team, proactively managing potential conflicts and resource constraints
What We Are Looking For
Required: Bachelor's degree in program management or technical field (BA/BS), with at least 2 years of experience in NPI or engine development environment, and 2+ years of project management experience
Strong knowledge and understanding of industrial engines and/or strong mechanical aptitude is highly preferred
Strong leadership skills are necessary, including the ability to effectively build teams, manage conflicts, set priorities, define roles and responsibilities, and establish clear objectives, even in an indirect leadership role
Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate project risks
Demonstrated ability to navigate the organization and achieve objectives while considering their value and motivation
Focused on customer needs, builds, and maintains trust in relationships
