Amyx is seeking an experienced hands on GEOINT Program Manager to support the NGA Warfighter Support Office (WSO) located in Springfield, VA. The Program Manager will coordinate efforts in a broad range of professional services to include Program Management, GEOINT Integration and Implementation, Testing and Tool Evaluation, Technology deployment, Training, and Cyber Security Support. They will be responsible for deliverables and management of contract employees tasked with supporting the WSO. The WSO is responsible for the development, implementation and extension of the National System for GEOINT (NSG) architecture in support of the deployed warfighter. Additionally, the WSO is responsible for the rapid advancement and integration of analytic tools and other capabilities in support of urgent user requirements.

Program Manager shall analyze deliverables and design a reporting structure that will track progress of all deliverables, as well as logistics deadlines, and serve to inform the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Assistant COR (ACOR)/Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) on the overall support contract. The report structure shall be approved by the CO and COR.
The contractor shall perform all required travel to accomplish these tasks and work with other Mission Partners as directed to ensure that all WSO related capabilities are fully exploited wherever possible.
Ensures compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards.
Responsible for coordination between Amyx contracts and the back-office such as Timekeeping, and HR as well as supporting employee actions such as hiring, developing Goals and Objectives.
Supervises assigned technical and administrative staff and performs personnel actions including hiring and performance evaluation.
Directs program activities to meet client and organization work objectives and serves as a liaison with clients to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems.
Assures quality of program products, services, and deliverables, including participating in reviews, audits, and site visits.
Performs business development activities, including the preparation and review of technical and cost proposals.
Develops, reviews, and approves plans, schedules, consulting agreements and other program documents.
Prepares and provides various reports and technical reviews to senior management as requested.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Cloud Migration, Big Data and/or DoD Acquisition experience preferred.
Prior experience supporting a DoD PMO desired.
Knowledge of DoD 5000 systems engineering disciplines and the IT SDLC desired.
Position requires some CONUS/OCONUS travel.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification OR Defense Acquisition University Program Management Level III certification
