Amyx is looking for a Program Manager (PM) to support our client in Arlington, VA. The PM will oversee the transition-in period, the day-to-day operations of the program, and liaise with the Government to confirm all deliverables status and completion. The PM will also be responsible for:
Civil Engineering: The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for all technical aspects of Amyx's support for the Air Force Civil Engineers (AF/A4C) strategy project.
The PM will support the A4C and its strategic partners in Energy, Environmental, Real Property, Programing, Congressional, Housing, Readiness and Emergency Services, Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD), Military Construction, Operations Management, Facilities, Asset Management, Cyber/Information Technology, Human Capital Management, and Energy Assurance program support. The PM will provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, quality control, and leadership for Amyx operations at AF/A4C. Additionally, the PM will provide program management support and supervision of subcontractor personnel.
Program Status Reports: The PM shall submit a Monthly Status Report (MSR) NLT the fifteenth (15th) of each month for all tasks accomplished, by section, during the monthly performance period where at a minimum, it summarizes the task requirements/actions taken, criticality and program impact as well as tasks projected for the next monthly performance period; completed and projected travel burn rate; ODC burn rate; staffing and manning changes, changes and a three (3) month rolling calendar/staffing schedule waivers/task order deviations; key programmatic issues and risks.
Program Management Reviews: The PM shall conduct a monthly Contract Program Management Review (PMR) meeting to provide, at a minimum, a summary of high-level/key accomplishments and issues summarized by task, work accomplished during the reporting period, projected work during the next reporting period, travel and ODC burn rates, a 3 month rolling calendar/staffing schedule, staffing and manning changes, direct labor hours by task, waivers, and key programmatic issues and risks.
Charts shall be provided, electronically, a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the scheduled review. The Government may use the PMR meeting to provide performance feedback to the Contractor, in which case the contractor is required to document this feedback in their meeting minutes.
Bachelor's degree and fifteen (15) years of experience in large Government program management with broad knowledge of AF and DoD corporate processes and managing professional support services and Federal Government Projects. Current PMP or PgMP or DAWIA Level 3 Current or former (within 4 years) experience with military-base civil engineering responsibilities, policy, and analysis.
Experience in planning, directing, coordinating, and managing the offeror's proposed methodologies and approach of a project similar in size and scope as referenced in this SOW; managing subcontractors, cost, budget, and managing to milestones. Extensive knowledge in AF CE mission areas who's able to collaborate with and lead complex teams and to analyze and interpret strategies and guidance from Senior AF leaders. Active Secret Clearance
Master's Degree (MBA) would be preferred Active TS w/SCI Eligibility Degree in civil engineering, engineering, or architecture
