The Alexa Data Services team is part of the Alexa Machine Learning organization which provides speech recognition capabilities for a variety of Amazon products and searches, most visibly, the recently launched Amazon Echo product.
This position is for a professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a strong background in defining and managing complex, ill-defined, programs. We look for individuals who are customer-obsessed and can think big as we scale our team and data services.

We are looking for a talented, smart, and driven Program Manager. If you have strong project management experience, the ability to work across many functions, and experience coordinating resources from a great number of stakeholders, you'll feel right at home in this role.
Establish and maintain program roadmap, aligning to organizational goals; participate in strategic planning process, developing 1-3 year outlook
Create vision for future state and work with partner teams to test potential solutions
Develop progress and success metrics, providing regular updates to ADS leadership
Track and manage multiple timelines, and develop a communication plan for all key stakeholders regarding program details, status updates, key risks, mitigation plans and process/plan changes.
Displaying judgment to rapidly deploy existing or variations of existing process/technology to meet aggressive timelines
Develop, implement, or change processes as necessary to allow ADS to scale at an accelerated pace, while managing cost and, without impacting customer experience
