It's no secret that Amazon relies on its technology to deliver millions of packages every day to its customers - on time, with low cost. The Middle Mile linehaul organization builds complex software solutions that work across our warehouses and carriers to optimize both time & cost of getting freight delivered. This remains a fast growing business and our technical journey has only started.

As part of a larger product management team, you will own driving end-to-end revenue generating and cost saving programs for middle mile technology. You will regularly interact with executives, operations, and technology leaders and work cross-functionally to define product strategy, implement large-scale initiatives, and develop new programs (strategic and tactical).

As a multi-discipline owner, the buck will stop with you - you will work alongside global transportation operations teams, product management and engineering (dev and test) teams, operations and sales teams. You must be comfortable working with and influencing cross functional, global teams in dynamic organizations as many of the projects and programs will have interdependencies with other teams (technical and non-technical).

This role will require exceptional communication and influencing skills, and will work to influence stakeholders across Business, Operations, and Tech teams. This role will require the ability to work independently in a fast paced, startup environment, partnering with others as needed, and the ability to exercise sound judgment solving novel problems without clear direction from leadership. The successful candidate has demonstrated the ability to solve complex logistics challenges and possesses bias for action and deliver results in the role. In addition, this candidate will be expected to utilize SQL to develop and generate reports required to support their program initiatives.

Come and see for yourself why we are one of the most admired company in the US, rated #1 in Innovation and # 1 in Customer Service, and be part of our tradition of working hard, having fun and making history!
