Women Back to Work is looking for a Program Manager.
The purpose of Women Back to Work is to create systemic pathways to facilitate the reentry of women into the workforce.

Evangelize the program with both companies seeking diverse talent pool & candidates looking at returning to work
Business development- Secure meetings with HR/Diversity/Leadership in the valley and establish relationships for increased acceptance of the program
Build larger partner ecosystem to expand
On board and manage the relationships with clients & partners
Build KPIs for business growth and improve productivity levels
Build short, mid & long term growth plans and establish key milestones to achieve the same Recruiting
Develop a robust intake process for women returnees and create a qualified pool of candidates
Work closely with the recruitment team to review the women returnee profiles match the recruiters requirements
Counseling & coaching the returnees on building profiles Resumes/LinkedIn/Social media/networking
Build structure/processes to market resumes internally to recruiters
Develop data insights on the skills, background, experience of women returnees to appropriately represent to our companies
Profile matching with company requests to align with their specific need on candidates before they engage with the program Marketing Branding
Create and drive awareness about the program for both returnees and corporates
Manage social media pages and content for ' Women Back to Work' - Facebook, LI, Twitter
Write & disseminate blogs/success stories, articles, posts to build a positive word of mouth for the program
Build a resource page on Akraya website for women returnees.
Review & update current website in tune with both industry and talent pool requirements Event Management Planning, managing and coordinating all aspects of the program including scheduling, logistics and organizing events
Power Hours at Akraya office
Power Hour at Customers/leaders in the valley
Small group events at Corporate offices (Google, Equinix)
Build an Advisory board
Build the WBW mentor program Ideal candidate requirements

Detail-oriented and efficient
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and manage multiple projects
Demonstrated organizational, time-management & project management capabilities
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
