The Program Manager will assume complete responsibility for the overall customer satisfaction of one or more programs. The Program Manager will take initiative, arbitrate, and drive fully the success of the program(s). The Program Manager will serve as the primary contact for their respective program(s).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Organize and conduct internal and external PRM (Program Review Meetings)
Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects
Decide on suitable strategies and objectives to drive customer satisfaction
Coordinate cross-project activities
Manage, organize and monitor new programs EIS (Entry Into Service)
Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff as necessary
Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
Drive, formulate, organize and monitor improvement Plans to Closure
Assume responsibility for the program's people and vendors
Assess program performance
Resolve program/projects' higher scope issues
Maintain Contract compliance and negotiate when necessary changes
Comply with and ensure that direct reports adhere to policies/procedures and regulations, i.e., handbook, training requirements, state and federal regulations, etc

Knowledge and skills
Experience with LEAN principles and continuous improvement preferred.
Thorough understanding of project/program management technique and method
Proficient in the use of usual IT tools (Word, Excel, Power point, Access, MS Project); ERP Systems knowledge is an advantage
Ability to find information (internally and externally)
Rigorous and well organized
Ability to multitask

Bachelor's Degree Required
Years of program management experience
d) Communication Skills
Strong oral & written communication skills essential for interaction with customers.
Fluent in English
