Zodiac Services Americas is an aftermarket organization supporting Repair, Customer Service Department & Spare Parts Distribution of Safran Group's aerospace companies. The Program Manager will assume complete responsibility for the overall customer satisfaction of one or more programs. The Program Manager will take initiative, arbitrate, and drive fully the success of the program(s). The Program Manager will serve as the primary contact for their respective program(s).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

  • Organize and conduct internal and external PRM (Program Review Meetings)

  • Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects

  • Decide on suitable strategies and objectives to drive customer satisfaction

  • Coordinate cross-project activities

  • Manage, organize and monitor new programs EIS (Entry Into Service)

  • Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff as necessary

  • Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities

  • Drive, formulate, organize and monitor improvement Plans to Closure

  • Assume responsibility for the program's people and vendors

  • Assess program performance

  • Resolve program/projects' higher scope issues

  • Maintain Contract compliance and negotiate when necessary changes

  • Comply with and ensure that direct reports adhere to policies/procedures and regulations, i.e., handbook, training requirements, state and federal regulations, etc

  • General Notes:

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge and skills

  • Experience with LEAN principles and continuous improvement preferred.

  • Thorough understanding of project/program management technique and method

  • Proficient in the use of usual IT tools (Word, Excel, Power point, Access, MS Project); ERP Systems knowledge is an advantage

c) Education and/or experience

  • Bachelor's Degree Required

e) Physical Demands

  • Ability to travel. Travel is primarily locally during the business day, although some out of the area travel (domestic & international) and overnight is be expected.

The Customer Support Manager will be the primary interface of Safran Aerosystems Services' customers to address any issue or peculiar situations(be the voice of the Customer within Safran Aerosystems); guarantees customer satisfaction; Understand the missions of all stakeholders at Safran Aerosystems in order to provide a first explanation of ZS processes to the Airframer/ Tier 1; Be a "safeguard" to make sure the Company fulfills its support requirements towards its Customers (either through Airframers contracts and/or specific contracts set with a specific Customer). DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time. * Ensure the required reporting/KPIs (scorecard, set up of performance reviews with/at the Customer); * Preserve ZS business against external threats, and passively identifies opportunities to increase ZS business with customer * Set and manage/coordinate dedicated improvement plans if needed in a so called 'project mode' (the CSM acts as a Project Manager) in collaboration with the 4 ZS divisions, Sales, ZOPMs (Zodiac OEM Product Managers) and APM (Airframer Program Manager) if the Airframer is somehow being put in the loop; * Be able to answer simple technical questions (level 1) meaning. simple requests for which the answer is to be found in the technical database (ZS Ti) or in technical publications readily available (TPI) i.e. without involvement of Engineering dept. * Comply with and ensure that direct reports adhere to policies/procedures and regulations, i.e., handbook, training requirements, state and federal regulations, etc. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS * Knowledge and skills * General knowledge of aeronautical environment (stakeholders, MRO market) * General knowledge of A/C systems, Maintenance activities and constraints and more generally possess a technical approach * The knowledge/awareness of Zodiac product lines (what products for what purpose) is needed. A training period in workshops will be dispensed * Proficient in the use of standrad IT tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, MS Project) * ERP Systems knowledge is an advantage b.
